Individual
Psychotherapy
In one-on-one therapy, I aim to meet you where you are at in your journey. It is my belief that the therapeutic relationship should provide you with a safe, non-judgemental, and compassionate space. I work with adults on a variety of issues and tailor my approach to each client's needs. I have experience working with modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); with a passion for integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment focused/psychodynamic approaches.

Couples
Therapy
Couple therapy is a wonderful resource welcome to all relationships; provided that all parties are committed to the process - whatever that entails. I aim to foster a safe space for everyone where we can have a kind, non-judgemental, and empathetic dialogue. I aim to offer an alternative perspective to the discussions that you may currently be stuck in and hold space for the range of emotions that are to be explored. I tend to work from an emotionally-focused lens rooted in attachment theories while using key philosophies and treatments from Gottman Couple Therapy.

Sex
Therapy
Sex therapy is open to both individuals and couples. Sometimes this will be the primary concern we are working on and other times it may simply be one piece of the puzzle. Regardless, it is absolutely an area that we can attend to. When addressing sexual issues, my primary concern is creating a safe and open space to explore the issues at hand. Sex therapy often combines psycho-education tools, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). My aim is to maintain a light-hearted approach as we collaborate on in-the-moment resources as well as identifying areas that may need further exploration and depth.
