Telephone Aid Line Kingston (TALK) is a confidential, anonymous, and non-judgmental volunteer-based support service; open 6pm-2am every night (these new hours starting January 1, 2021) . Their aim is to meet the needs of a diverse population by providing an empowering, empathetic, and safe environment through the provision of a listening phone service, as well as community outreach and education.

Sexual Assault Centre Kingston is a not-for-profit organization providing free, confidential, non-judgmental support for all survivors of recent and/or historic sexual violence in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (KFL&A) since 1978. SAC Kingston has a 24 hour phone line as well as online chat/text support (link available through their website).

Distress and Crisis Ontario (DCO) now provides ONTX Ontario Online & Text Crisis Services from your computer, mobile device or telephone from 2pm-2am daily. In addition, DCO has affiliated distress centres that you can contact by phone in a variety of regions throughout Ontario (i.e. GTA, Ottawa, Northern Ontario, etc.).
